Fantastic application needs few adjustments

You need to save instruments lay out before leaving Application ie when I shut application you need to ask me whether I need to save current setup every time so that I do not lose it and start another set up because I keep losing instruments lay out. Also to hit a home run you need to have available a chat box title”Ask Dukascopy” to ask about what Dukascopy think about a specific trade with no liability on Dukas. I am fine with charging for this service. Having said that You are the best, excellent work, thanks.

Hello, i like everything about the app. If you could please add 2hrs 12hrs to the chart and most importantly add an option of have good till and good for to cancel the order if its not tagged within a specific time period. Recently i got a big loss because i forgot to remove an entry order before news and got a big wound.

Account opening is very cumbersome

It was easy to open Demo account but to open Live account online it is very cumbersome procedure. We can fund the account online but we cannot open account online. I hope they can make it easier.
