We offer 3 Premium subscription plans including Monthly (1 month), Quarterly (3 months), and Annual (12 months). Unless canceled or auto-renew is turned off 24-hours before the end of subscription term or the 7-day trial period, you will be billed automatically at a rate based on your chosen subscription plan at the end of the free 7-day trial or on your subscription renewal date.

We appreciate the jargon-free approach to workouts and meal planning—for example, combining Booty Boot Camp routines with a delicious omnivore diet. Jillian motivates us marvelously with her polished videos, offering clear instructions, endless encouragement, and some bumpin’ music.

Favorite workout app by far

I have always been one of those people that wants the ease of doing workouts from home because after a long day of work going to the gym was the last thing I wanted. I had used MyFitnessPal and my Fitbit to track steps and calories for a while but really didn’t like the workouts that went with Fitbit coach. They never really gave me results. I just completed the 30 day beginner program with Jillian’s app and can say I lost about 15 pounds in the 1 month of doing it. This app is definitely worth the one year subscription because I am pumped to try all of her other programs on there. They are mixed and always leave me sweating but not feeling discouraged.i love that at the end you can say whether it was easy hard or perfect so it adjusts your next workout. I just plug in the calories burned into my fitness pal and it’s made become healthier so much better! ❤️ the only thing is I really don’t use the meal plans bc for my lifestyle they are a little too much prep so I just made really healthy food choices on my own and can still manage to lose the weight. I sometimes have my app freeze if I get a phone call in the middle which is annoying but at least now when I close out the app and come back it picks up where I left off and not have to restart like it used to so I am very grateful for that fix. Thank you for finally creating an app that challenges you while also keeps you motivated. ❤️💖💕🏋️

Not an enthusiast for working out but....

I’ve always been one to avoid working out when I can get away with it. When I made the decision to start again, I looked into workout tapes- what I would often lean on but got frustrated with monotonous workouts. Decided to try this app after the tapes were a miss. I ended up with the annual subscription. From April to early September I (5’3” F) went from 147 to 124 pounds and am maintaining the weight-loss and am actually toned. The workouts are AWESOME- they are fresh sets of 3 cycles with each exercise being about 25 sec each. These are just long enough to sweat but short enough to know you can make it through each one. I can modify my experience level (beginner for me) and tell it what equipment I have at hand (dumbbells and workout bench but no medicine ball). These mods are worked into the routines. Perhaps my favorite part of the app is integrated music. I can stream music (I prefer to download to my phone) while I workout. I can set my goals and track my progress and even better- take my app with me to hotel gyms since I travel for work quite a bit. There is also a menu/food planning service and calorie tracker that I don’t really use because I use MyFitnessPal instead. I do wish this app better integrated with FitBit and my digital scale. It integrates with The Apple Health app but I need to manually enter weight which is less than an inconvenience.
