Stolen routes...

Driver beware, Jitsu will now take routes from drivers unexpectedly without any recourse! I had two routes "reserved" to only be given to another driver that was closer to pickup! When asked why, this is what they had to say: Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Our ticket allocation is meticulously tailored to accommodate the projected demand from our esteemed clientele. Regrettably, despite our thorough preparations, we encountered a deviation from the anticipated volume, precipitating the cancellation of select tickets. This unforeseen circumstance arose due to a lower-than-expected influx of demand, consequently leaving us with surplus tickets for which there are presently no designated routes. We extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, we are actively engaged in collaborating with our esteemed partners to mitigate any potential disruptions to our drivers' operations. Your understanding and patience during this period of adjustment are greatly appreciated as we strive to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Team Jitsu To other drivers alike or new ones thinking of joining, find another app to drive for. Jitsu doesn't honor reserved routes! Complete joke if you ask me!

Don’t waste your time

Supervisors are extremely arrogant and provide no support. In-app training was pointless because the pickup procedure in the training was completely different from the actual setup. The whole experience felt like a great big joke. Jitsu also steals 2.7% + $.30 of all driver’s tips. No other delivery job does this. A few used to until they were taken to court. You are worth way more than how you’d be treated delivering for this mess of an operation….do yourself a favor and pass on this one. Theres plenty of similar companies that don’t just say they respect & value their drivers, but they actually show it.

Speaking Fact ,

Worst company to drive for don’t waste your time

Previous driver for AxleHire they take advantage of their drivers much worse than Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Postmate and send you to places without consulting with customers of the area they live in putting more damage to your vehicle with dirty heavy boxes for less pay. They stuff you with 23-30 boxes and only paying you $3-$5 per box you deliver takes up 4-6 hours of your day if you return any box to them cause you can’t reach customer, gain access to their building or home or find their location they take that money off when you return it and have you driving 10-30 miles in between each delivery not to mention the 40-79 miles you have to drive to your first stop so you end up paying to put gas in your car drive all over the place just to only make that money back in their pay not to mention you have to pay tolls out your pocket to deliver their boxes. Don’t waste your time and damage your vehicle for this company they don’t even have a payroll nor paycheck dispute department it’s a bogus email they refer you for any dispute you’ll never get a response back.
