The app fails a lot. Sometimes it will say it’s armed when it’s disarmed and vice versa. It doesn’t work well on WiFi at all. And when posting feed back it makes you select a nickname and is someone already has it you can’t post. Stupid

User interface not great

All it can do, turn on and off the alarm, add users etc. as far as alarms is concern, notifications is hit or miss, 99% miss. I may add, GUI not compatible with iPhone 14 pro, things don’t line up. The sad part, I have to live it.

If you have a chance to choose a different provider just do so this jokers are so ridiculous it’s not even worth the time. It will save you a lots of headaches .

When enabled, your camera will automatically turn on privacy mode when you disarm your system, and turn off privacy mode when you arm your system. Privacy mode stops your camera from streaming and recording, reducing unnecessary notifications and events. Enable this new feature in each camera’s settings page. •Additional stability enhancements.
