Joyce Kitchen 的創辦人 Joyce 是一位服務了航空業15年的空姐，於2020年開始她決定創業為自己的人生打拼。起初她想起爸爸在她來月事前，必定細心地釀好糯米酒，等月事來時爸爸就端上暖暖的酒釀丸子，這份愛令她很感動，同時她也想跟其他女性分享這份愛，所以Joyce Kitchen起初只專心釀造糯米酒，後來才嘗試把酒釀用在食物料理上，慢慢發展成為今日的菜單。從空姐到創業一路走來，遇到過無數的問題，但基於對味道的嚴格追求，得到很多空姐們的支持， 空姐間口耳相傳，成了公司得以生存下來的第一股力量。現在我們把食品推廣到每一個家庭，我們依舊堅持對味道的嚴格追求，而且堅持食物不添加人造色素或防腐劑，希望每一位客人在品嚐我們的食物時，一方面可以享受食物的美味之餘，同時也能食得放心，我們最大的滿足就是顧客們喜歡、欣賞我們的食品，我們會為此目標不停努力。
