Downloaded this app because my friend recommended it. I was going through a tough time and that is why my friend who has been using joyscore for some time, recommended it to me and told me that it will make a real difference if I allow it in my life. at first I was a little reserved about using an app to deal with my problems. I did not get solutions to my problems but I did get a thorough list and breakdown of where I might be lacking in my mental health as well as my physical health. I liked how it suggested me tasks to complete in my free time and I must say that these tasks are not random and they definitely serve a purpose according to the mood I am in. at first I did not follow the tasks but once I opened up to the tasks, I really liked the directions the app has taken me. I am in the process of coming out of something serous and joyscore is definitely helping me along the line.
Lovely app! I stumbled upon this app through recommendations and I thought to myself that it would be cool if an app could give me a score for my joy if you catch my drift and to my surprise this app delivers what it preaches! After going through the through and likable personalized survey (don’t remember when was the last time someone asked me such nice questions about myself) it actually showed me my own report! The report helped me realise where I was lacking and that’s not it! The list of positives goes on! Not only did joyscore helped me realise where I was lacking afterwards it actually suggested meaningful activities according to the free time I had in my day in order for me to fill the gaps in my life! I really appreciate the level of personal attention this app has to offer and I think this app will really help the people who are going through a lot on their own.
At first, I was lost because I was expecting to find a mood-tracker with a couple of extra features here and there. The app, though, had something much larger in store for me. To begin with, the mood tracker is also fabulous. It asks you to choose from 6 types of moods (sad, angry, bored, excited, happy, or content) and there’s a text box down there to make notes of potential events that made you feel a certain way. But here’s the catch – it asks me the intensity of the mood as well. Charming, right? Next, it takes me to a graph that gives me a pattern of my mood intensity as journalized over a certain period. This is awesome for those looking to identify a pattern. Then, it’s time to work with the app towards improving your mood through activities. This is perhaps among the most elaborate self-care apps on the store today, well done team joyscore!
