Overall experience

Only thing that needs work is answering calls instead of being put on waiting for a couple of hours and not getting a hold of anyone.

I’ve called multiple times and been put on hold and never got to speak to a representative.

Roach Infestation Beware!

The June Homes apartment I am living in has a roach and bug infestation. Obviously I have put in countless tickets and yes they answer and send out an exterminator BUT the issue is larger than that AND existed before I moved in. I can confirm this as I’ve seen multiple roaches inside the apartment every day for WEEKS of living here (since the day I moved in and yes I have put in a support ticket every time) AND my roommates who were here before me put in tickets to June Homes but nothing was done to mitigate the issue. Having a roach infestation is a huge issue that violates NYC housing local law 55 and June Homes cannot continue to move people into a residence that has a known cockroach/pest issue (but they do). I’ve lived in NYC for 4 years and NEVER once had this issue. I wish someone could have warned me before I moved in so that I never could have used June Homes. So this is my warning to everyone else. They also won’t give my security deposit back, though I am moving out early due to an issue they should have cleared before even allowing me to move in. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. As well, June Homes is not going to like the legal action we take to get my security deposit back.

Dare you can find any other places worse than their accommodation

Firstly, I signed contract which includes $109 for service fee. They said I would have 2 times for common place cleaning then after moving in about 1-2 months, they cut it down to 1 times and said due to cost increase.

Secondly, Its literally I moved in to the house of roaches, red ants, bugs. So so many roaches and needed to report via ticket in then bought the spray. The rent is $900 plus $109 (service fee) = $1009 per month without utilities and its in Austin, Texas. I moved in from other country and I rushed at that time to find accommodation before I arrived to the States so I just have a look via their images. Be aware , the accommodation will be totally different with the picture. It’s terrible horrible and worst !!

Thirdly, They won’t care about your privacy. The neighbour replaced the new fence and they cut down a big tree right outside my door then they climbed to my proof without asking anything, I asked them and they said they had talked with my landlord. But I never received any notice, at least heads up in advanced. I almost called 911.

Lastly , all facilities in side the house is terrible. My 1 year journey in the States would be much better If I wouldn’t sign this contract with them !!
