Pick up time glitch
Put together order & when I tried to set a pickup time it only allowed immediately or much later in the day, when I wanted it an hour from now. Tried to start order again same glitch, just drove there and ordered in person.
The worst ordering experience
Ordering requires tapping through six different screens. At the end you'll get an "order confirmation" screen. Is your order confirmed? No, it's not even submitted. In every other ordering app after submitting tip and confirming total, your order is placed. Twice I've gone to the restaurant only to realize my order was never submitted because of this awful interface. It was such a waste of time I abandoned my carts. Do yourself a favor and use a third party app that knows how to fix fall-offs in the ordering flow.
Delivery does not work
I placed an order for delivery, which gets passed from the app to DoorDash. DoorDash tried to pick up the order, but my local Just Poke would not release the order to the driver for some reason. DoorDash then canceled the order while my order sat in the restaurant. When I went to go pick up my order, the folks at Just Poke didn't really know what went wrong and advised me to not use the app.
