Justesse keeps the books of a self-employed activity or a small business in Switzerland, in plain words.
You photograph a purchase invoice or a receipt. With your consent, an AI model reads the document and picks out the supplier, date, amounts and VAT. Justesse suggests the entry, with the account from the Swiss chart of accounts. You correct it if needed and confirm it: nothing goes into the journal without you. The document stays attached to the entry as a receipt.
You can also enter an expense by hand, without a photo.

A Justesse account is required. The app records no entry without your confirmation, and your books can be exported at any time.

A paid invoice now reprints marked “Payée le …” (paid on) without a QR-bill, so your customer can no longer pay it twice. An invoice written off as a loss no longer asks for the full amount. A double tap on “Confirm the opening balance sheet” no longer posts it twice, a second opening balance sheet asks for confirmation, and the balance sheet shows accumulated depreciation under assets. The history import leaves out flagged duplicates and recognises exports from Crésus. New: supplier and customer credit notes in the scanner, the customer's address on the invoice and in the QR-bill, import of contacts, opening balance sheet and entries (CSV or Excel), and a menu organised by question. The app lists its three languages, and the camera and photo access requests follow your iPhone's language.
