Repeat until you're dialed in. Made specifically for pourover and specialty coffee enthusiasts. LOG YOUR BREWS Add a bag by pointing your camera at the label. A timer walks you through each brew, and every field shows what you used last time, so logging only takes a few seconds. GET ADJUSTMENTS TO DIAL IN FASTER After a brew you answer two questions: 1) was it sour or bitter 2) was it thin or heavy. Kaapi tells you the one thing to change next brew, and why. Most bags get dialed in three or four brews. BUILD INSIGHTS OVER TIME Kaapi remembers what worked and your preferences. On a new bag, it suggests where to start based on where your other bags landed. Insights shows your ideal parameters for each type of coffee. You also build your taste profile over time to understand what origins, processes and varieties you enjoy most.
