KashKick: Get paid to have fun 17+

I started using KashKick in May of 2023 and in that time I have made about $170 just for playing a few games. In that time I have had no problems until now. I downloaded a game but apparently there was an error and my progress was not recorded. This was a game for $270. when I saw that the first benchmark progress had not been recorded I immediately contacted customer service. now, although kick said they cannot fix the error that occurred (hopefully one day such errors can be corrected.) I am more than satisfied with the help KashKick offered. they didn’t ignore my request for help and as many times (about 12+) massages Trying to explain the situation that was happening, They listened. They responded and they aided in finding a solution and although it’s not the outcome I necessarily wanted it to be, they gave me the next best option and I am thankful. It’s not another income, but it’s a good way to keep some change in your pocket.

Like others on here, I am frustrated by the experience I have had, originally was using the site but downloaded the app for the purpose of leaving a review. Had downloaded dice dreams and (like others on here it seems) for whatever reason it seemed to not connect to my account, despite the fact I followed their directions. Made it to the first payout level and with it still not updating I decided to contact customer service about it. After several emails, it concluded with them not believing I had made the progress I had sent photos of. “ It seems like you played Dice Dreams before because it's almost impossible to achieve Kingdom 28 in just 3 hours” he was very courteous and I know he was just doing his job, but to do well at a game and essentially get accused of lying for being strategic is very frustrating, and frankly makes me feel as though they are trained to look for any reason to deny a claim. Essentially I’d recommend another site for this. *edit Thinking about it, it really is upsetting because I provided EVERYTHING that was asked for. I showed proof of when I first downloaded and proof of playtime. Then the response I get it is essentially “we didn’t expect anyone to actually SUCCEED at out challenge” and get denied from them assuming I’m lying. Don’t download, you may get some change, I bet it’s even possible to get a payout based on the other reviews, but they’ll use whatever they can to cheat you. Don’t fall for it.

So this is a very cool app it really works but I have some complaints.
1. I've started other games but it doesn't track them. I've followed every rule they have for it to work! I've even asked the support team if they have a 3 game limit but they said no.. so I'm just wondering how I'm not getting paid for these games I'm playing. I'm a first timer on every single game as well! I should be up at least $300 but they're cheating me.. They tell me the same things every time I ask.. they send the same list of reasons why it may not work. LIKE I SAID IVE FOLLOWED EVERY RULE FOR THESE GAMES TO WORK AND FOR IT TO TRACK IT!
They also tell me they have NO RECORD of me downloading the game at all. BUT I HAVE SCREENSHOTS FOR THIS EXACT REASON!! I screenshot every step for companies like this who try to play you!
2. When you complete objectives for games it instantly gives you the low amount but for wins over $10 it takes 2 weeks to get verified.. weird.
I wish they would fix these things! This app would be so much better and it will then deserve 5 stars.. right now it's a 3 star.
