Great… but

So the app itself is quite simply and everything you need is there. The features that this app offers works fine. But there is quite huge catch. Sometimes and I do find it rather often, the app just simply doesn’t open. Sometimes when I want to quickly transfer money, I can’t. This little problem caused me some awkward situations. I am using Iphone 16 pro.

This app is the most incredibly annoying banking app ive ever encountered for one reason: It is so stupidly slow. The biggest problem is the PIN to open the app (just like on for example iphones). There is NO reason why it should have a latency!!! when i press the numbers there is a delay before it registers the press!!! what!?? and if i press two buttons to quickly it doesnt register the whole pin. unimaginable.second, i understand that it takes time for actions like transferring money from savings to checking account, but the delay is when choosing the acounts or the amount of money, NOT the actuall transaction itself. That is what is so infuriating. a multibillion dollar bank and it has these sort of problems in their banking app. wow.

We would like to add that the vast majority of clients use biometric authentication to log in, particularly Face ID, which does not experience similar complications.We will record the delays you described when entering your PIN and the other issues you mentioned, and we will be happy to look into them. I’m using an iPhone 12 and upgraded from the old KB app in August. All went well for maybe 1 month, but since September or so the app is sluggish at best and non-functional at worst. Most actions take 3 or 4 tries to get past the “something went wrong” screen. I really really hope KB will fix whatever is wrong with the current release.

Any movement on this?? I hate that it seemed like I was forced to migrate to this app and it still doesn’t even have the one widget I would want from banking.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We have been planning to integrate a balance widget—showing both the amount and percentage—since the beginning of the app's development. However, we had to focus on more pressing features at this point, so we will release the widget later. Martin, KB team.

From individual to entrepreneur You may have joined KB+ as a private individual, but now you can become an entrepreneur. The process is simple and takes just a few clicks. Security methods In KB+, you’ll find a new overview of your security methods. You have clear control over how you log in and authorize requests.
