KBZ Connect app will help you to find out all KBZ touchpoints (ATM, Branch) easily and efficiently.
1. Finding the nearest Branch, ATM, Agent and Merchant which customers want to.
2. Showing the Available Services which can have in KBZ Branches.
3. Showing the details features and requires documents of available services in branches.
4. Finding the nearest KBZ Branches depend on the services which the customers want to.
5. Searching the Branch, ATM, Agent, and Merchant by using its names or address.
6. Showing the Lists of available Services in each KBZ Branch.
7. Showing the route direction to Branch, ATM, Agent and Merchant on the Map.
8. Showing the Currency Exchange Rates and finding the branches in which exchange service available.
9. Showing language from English to Myanmar or vice versa.
10. Making the Telephone calls directly to KBZ Call Centers.
11. Cash@Home service (We allows an easy and convenient way to do online banking from the comfort of your office via fingertips at any time/anywhere by offering.)
12. Cash Express service (Provide a new feature Cash Express service with free of charges that allows customers to pre-schedule in-branch cash deposit and withdrawals transactions. )

Can’t use if you don’t allow location access
Clearly a violation of users’ privacy for a bank application. You can’t use the app if you don’t allow the location access. It’s competitors still have option to browse without allowing location which are far better and provide more reliable service.
it would be the next level for KBZ only if
The information shows on the map exactly same what its advised but in fact, they are absolutely not so why is the app even exist on the app store? please hire more professional devs for the app online and offline
people are hoping in that KBZ for more, the ideas are good but not working enough though.
Breaching User’s Privacy
Constantly asking for user’s location is unacceptable and showing wrong data. It’s just violating user’s privacy and security. There must be an option to use without gps turning on. Otherwise it’s just an app that steals user data.
