Kansas City’s 2020 Restaurant Week runs from January 10 – January 19 and features an array of restaurant participants so that diners can visit old favorites and also try the many new restaurants that have opened recently in the Kansas City metro area.
The KC Restaurant Week app is a FREE download that will help you make the most of this important week by giving you access to everything you need to know anytime/anywhere via your mobile device. You can view the list of participating restaurants, map their locations, view menus, watch reviews and even make a reservation, all while on the go.

Wishlist and Tasted list don’t work.
The list of restaurants works, and the map is helpful, but the navigation is very poor. Two of the key features don’t work at all despite being placed prominently in locations around the app: The wishlist to keep track of restaurants you have interest in, and the “Tasted” list that is meant to let you track the places you’ve dined. As a result, there is no way to keep a running list of restaurants except the “share” feature, which only lets you text someone and the links only work if they already have the app (!?) There is no support for social media or other forms of sharing... not sure what these guys were thinking.
The app is a great source for all the restaurants participating in Restaurant Week. You can even make reservations through the app.
Does not work
Every time I select “restaurants” the app closes/shuts down. Hopefully my will be fixed soon, but I remember the same thing happened last year when they first released or updated the app for the upcoming RW season.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
