I’ve never experienced any bugs with the app and it’s incredibly user friendly. The combination of being easy to follow for the first time you use it; the descriptions of ingredients and pizzas for their specialty pizzas, the ease of customizing the create-your-own and their specialities pizzas, the relatively fair prices, and of course- the actually quality of their food.(I can only speak for the specialities and pizzas I’ve created, I prefer several but would eat any of them again)TLDR: The app is a very smooth avenue to order highly recommended pizza.

I have ordered a lot online from Spin thru the app with the expectation that when I am logged in, I will receive Spin Rewards for my purchase. That is NOT the case. The only thing you can do on the app is check rewards, you cannot earn them by ordering thru it. Big miss on the app developer’s part. Frustrating for consumers, too. I have had to send emails to their customer service to request credit. Unfortunately, if you pay online, they do not give you a receipt when you pick up the food. So there is no barcode to scan. I also have had issues with having to start my order over completely if I want to edit something or make a change. Lots of room for improvement here...

The new app is FANTASTIC! Super easy to use, clear images and intuitive for everything from reviewing menu to special orders. It makes ordering simple, and clear ability review final order and make subsequent changes/additions without having to start over. Also, love the integration w/spin club locality account so I can either use points to pay or acquire points from purchase that are immediately credited to my account for future use. Such an improvement on last version and now just an overall GREAT app.

Spin Pizza offers a variety of healthy food options on their menu . There are numerous choices of pizza and salads and sides, including cauliflower pizza crust and flat bread . The option of creating your own pizza is available as well. The menu items are so delicious and healthy . ( The Gelato choices are too tasty to pass up as a dessert ) Finally, the curbside pick up service being offered during the ( Covid 19) pandemic is just another plus adding to enjoying a healthy meal and feeling safe in choosing Spin Pizza .
