KK003 camera, does not connect on cellular

So I updated the camera to version 1.9 and at least got it to work somewhat stable on WiFi, but you cannot connect thru cellular on the App. Isn’t that the purpose of a camera to check on things when you are not home!!!!

Useless!

So, I have three of the Sotion cameras. I started out with one and it worked good with a different app for a few months. Then the app crashed and they had to create a new app for these cameras which is this app. I went to set up my other two cameras and connect the first one I already had to this app and you can ONLY view each camera if you’re on THEIR OWN WIFI!!! Yes, each camera has its own WiFi!!! Not my home WiFi or if I were to leave my house! What in the HELL is the point of this app!!! Now I have three cameras that are paperweight because I can not return them because customer support told me to wait as they were coming out with a new app! What new app?!!! A junk piece of crap app!!! I’m so mad!

Doesn’t work via 3G and LTE. Only via WiFi when I’m at home:)) Very bad...
P.S. For a long time, the connection with cam via 3G or 4G did not work. Now everything is working.
