Mail addressed to you Participating organisations using Keepable can send correspondence to your Nigerian National Identification Number (NIN). Add the digital postcode of a home you use in Nigeria to receive correspondence addressed there. Read letters, bills, statements, appointments and requests in your digital inbox, at home or abroad. This is digital correspondence from participating organisations, not automatic forwarding of physical post. Installing Keepable does not automatically connect your bank, employer or other providers. Upload important documents for later Save PDFs, photos and scans of certificates, employment letters, agreements and receipts. Organise related items in folders, download a copy when needed and access your saved documents on iPhone or in your web browser. You can upload your own files even if no organisation has sent you mail yet. Sign and return. No printer needed. When an organisation sends an agreement for signing, read it and sign in Keepable. Keep the agreement and your response together for later reference. Approve or deny consent requests See what an organisation is asking permission for, then choose whether to grant or decline. Review the request before deciding what to share. Receive your bills Keep the amount, due date and payment details with the bill. Where payment information is provided, copy it and pay from your bank app. In-app bill payment is not currently available. Respond without losing the record Complete forms, return requested files and start services offered by participating organisations. Related correspondence and case updates stay together. Shared and organisation mailboxes are available when you have been granted access. Getting started To create a personal Keepable, you must be 18 or over, provide a supported Nigerian NIN, consent to identity verification and complete a face check. Then save a passkey using your device security. Use your fingerprint, face or screen lock to sign in. You can verify an email address for notifications and add your Nigerian home postcode for addressed mail. A compatible device and internet access are required. Opening and using a personal Keepable is currently free. Available correspondence, requests and services depend on participating organisations. Keepable is a communication platform, not a provider of banking, healthcare or government services. Stored copies do not replace original documents where an institution requires them.
