The Kelee Meditation Saved My Life
I have been practicing Kelee Meditation for over 12 years. It is the single most important activity I engage in for mental health and physical wellness. When I come to complete stillness of mind, I feel into the depth of who I really am, outside of the hustle of everyday life and the world “out there”. In this space within myself, I can find stillness and peace of mind...this is the purest form of freedom I have ever experienced. I began practicing this meditation because I was in a rough period in my life and actually at a breaking point. I was using substances to cope with the negative dysfunction in my mind, which ran like a broken record that I couldn’t control. I thought I was losing my mind from negative self talk, and I felt horribly about myself. The Kelee gave me my mind and my life back. Because of this practice, I have realized that all of those negative thoughts are compartments...bits of trauma picked up along the way...they aren’t me. With time, and with the practice, my compartments are dissolving, and I feel who I really am underneath the chaos of negative thoughts. The Kelee is a gem beyond comprehension and it has brought me to life. I am beyond grateful to this practice and to Ron Rathbun for making the Kelee Mediation Practice accessible to all.
Greatest tool I’ve picked up in my life!
This meditation has helped alleviate and clear mental compartments associated with post traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and many other mental ailments I have suffered from my entire life. I am a better mother and functioning member of society because of this meditation. I can never repay the gift this meditation has given me, because it has given me my life back.
This app is simple to use and helps guide me through my meditation. Once I learned to take my phone off vibrate (turn mic on), it works every time. I appreciate the visuals and short commentary from Dr. Lee on Kelee anatomy. I look forward to seeing future upgrades but this 1st version offers everything I need to practice.
