Setting up alerts does nothing! I have yet to get notified of deposits or withdrawals. And please do not respond with telling me call of visit a branch, this is a developer issue. Fix it!

iPhone User One
No more Zelle? And you won’t even let me deposit checks like I used to be able to do via camera/snapping a photo without “Registering/requesting access”?!? What on earth is going on at KBS? Who is making these asinine decisions? NOT customer friendly at ALL. Switching over entirely to ally bank as they actually offer features their customers want and don’t start making them jump through hoops to do BASIC banking tasks.Update: this app is getting worse by the day! My accounts won’t load “Error loading accounts. Please try again in a few minutes” and the Pay A Friend feature now comes up with error message: “An unexpected error has occured while processing your request. Please contact support with the following error details.undefined is not an object (evaluating 'r.map')”Makes me think of the song lyric “You can check out, but you can never leave.”

Very irritating! They scheduled the changeover on a long holiday weekend, which meant NO mobile or ATM access. Unable to even check balances at the ATM! When I did try to log on, I couldn’t. Long wait on the phone to get it fixed - 2 days before I could check my account. Hopefully, it’ll get better from here.

That’s terrifying and has destroyed this customers trust. Also Mobile deposit not functional on new app due to “automated” camera positioning. I tried for over 15 minutes.
