Needs little more improvement

Most other utilities apps on phone offers faster bill pay, but AEP it still sends us to billmatrix and customers like myself have to input every information including our account number which should automatically appear. This is a big deal which would have resulted 5 stars but honest feedback was needed. This is a good app especially for account information and outages.

Crap don’t work!

Worked alright for a bit. One day facial recognition didn't work and prompted me to sign in. After having to reset pass. Now says oops info cant be loaded. Called customer service who claims issue was sent to IT staff. Said I would be contacted... never have.
