Kerika’s boards are completely flexible and scalable, so every project can be set up just the way you need.


With a single account you can have as many boards as you want and set up each board with its own workflow and project team, and these boards can get as large as you need.

You can create a board from scratch or browse the library of templates to get started faster. You can even create your own custom templates, to capture your organization’s standard practices.


Kerika integrates beautifully with G Suite: sign in with your Google ID, and all your project files will get stored in your own Google Drive where they remain under your organization's control for maximum privacy and security. (Your IT folks will love this!)

You can even create new Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets and Google Forms from inside Kerika, and have them attached to your boards automatically.


And Kerika is great for folks who prefer Box: sign up with your Box ID and your project files are automatically stored in your own Box account. You can even create new Box Notes from inside Kerika.


From the very beginning Kerika has focused on the needs of distributed teams. (We work across 3 continents, so we know what makes remote teams successful.)

Due dates, for example, are automatically adjusted to reflect your current timezone, so you will never again argue about when "today" ends.


Other tools may flood you with notifications, but Kerika has a unique way of highlighting just what's changed on any card, across every board, so you can catch up on everything that happened while you were away.


Kerika helps you avoid bottlenecks by warning you when there are too many cards in a single column; you set the Work-in-Progress limits, of course.

The glue that holds our team together

Kerika is the perfect solution for busy teams looking to manage multiple priorities with multiple point persons for various tasks. Kerika allows our team members to create tasks for themselves and others while keeping each team member informed of the status. Personally, I use Kerika each morning to plan my day as I am able to see what tasks are due, any that have gone past due as well as plan into the rest of the week. Kerika keeps us organized!

What a difference Kerika makes for our team. We love being able to keep track of projects and tasks, communicate questions and progress to the team, and keep things organized. This has become even more important as we work from home to keep everything on track.

I’ve been waiting so long for this app to come out. We have an offshore team and I like to get a quick view of their progress as soon as I wake up. Helps me have a plan for the day before I even sit down at my desk. We use Kerika and not having an app was a challenge until now. Loving it!
