The app

I’m really happy we can order via an app as oppose to the website which always had issues. However with few minor changes, it will be great app, for example, if I can rename the delivery address to whatever I want (ex. Mohammed’s) that will be great, also if it is possible to use Apple Pay and I don’t have to log my cc in there, that will be perfect.

The facilities in the app does not extend to business, for example, car hop feature does not permit card payment option on site. (Cash only/Online payment).

Badly designed, barely functional

The implementation of this app is poor. The menu is chaotic, instead of simply allowing users to chose them items wanted they are forced to scroll through a long list of forced ‘Deals’ ensuring you have to buy items you don’t want. The delivery tracking is worthless, automatically reporting items as ‘delivered’ 30 minutes to an hour before the delivery arrives. This is an ongoing problem.
