Description
The Kia Dealer Direct app based version of the kiafinancedd.com website enables you to perform all of the tasks required to effectively manage the vehicle remarketing side of your dealership. Some of the available features of the app include: Touch/FaceID enabled for quick, secure access, Vin capture for vehicle grounding and turn-in, Push Alerts to stay up to date on bidding activity, Quick Navigation Guide that stores search results, DRIVIN Recommendation Carousel, Watchlist Updates and Rotating Home Page images that contain live links to relevant material.

Cannot depend on this to insure payment for your loan.
I have signed up for auto payment twice on this app only to be called by Kia twice and told my payment is 6 days late. Now I cannot even sign in to the app and it doesn’t even recognize my email address. So back to paper billing and my banks bill pay. Had GM finance for four years with no problem. Was thinking about the Uvo App but now I have cold feet with Kia. May even sell the car and go back to GM. Have a perfect credit rating and these clowns are going to screw it up.
Service is a foreign concept at Kia
There is no technical support. When I called to explain problems logging in to make payments. I was shuffled around and problem was never address. Went to dealership to schedule an appt. To fulfill service and was told to earliest appt would be April six months away.
This is my last Kia.
Cannot log into app
Same issue as a couple other people here. Website login is just fine, but the app does not recognize my credentials
Hopefully this gets fixed or there’s no purpose to this app
