With the Kickserv app, you and your field service workers can:

- Collect customer signature approval, right at the job site
- Synchronize with Kickserv Web

Requires an existing Kickserv account and a network connection (cellular or wifi).

Having Problems Loading App

Been a user for going on 7 months and after the last update the app will not load no matter how many refreshes I do. The app is very user friendly as well as a versatile tool. However, when I can’t use it, I have to bug my boss to get customers info for the day. Hope this doesn’t continue but as of now it’s useless to me.

Great App with Helpful Support

This app is very user friendly and it really pains me to see these negative reviews, especially since none of them can be found as users. The app is permission based, so unfortunately, techs think they can’t do something, when actually, the account owner has given their users limited visibility. There have been many updates lately, and I highly recommend reaching out to the super responsive sales and support teams with any questions or concerns. The company provides chat support straight through the mobile app now, as well as live on the phone.

Glitch City

I have been a loyal user for over 3 years and while the desktop version is okay I’d say 3 stars the app is at most 1 star. The app works for us about 30% of the time. It’s glitch city every time you want to use it. Stuff won’t load or it just won’t load right or sometimes like right now I can’t even access the app altogether. And for the record I have the latest iPhone with up to date software and the app is up to date as well- it just literally doesn’t work half the time. I really don’t know how the people at Kickserv don’t realize how glitchy their app is.
