KidStrong Member App 4+

This new app doesn’t have correct data in it as far as the number of classes my son has attended. The counter started over with the new app. Also, I can’t check ranking or how many classes until he levels up, etc. He believes he should have leveled up 2 classes ago and he didn’t so I thought I would check but the app gives me nothing to do that.

I haven’t tried canceling and rebooking a class yet, so maybe that’s easier now, but why did they drop all of the other features. Those were nice.

I understand that the potential of having parents schedule their classes and make ups via the app is great for the company. However, in this transition we lost all the great things about the other app!! Photos, trophy case, progress tracking. If nothing else maintain both apps a little better until everything is combined. The old app is glitching and falling into disrepair. The feeling of starting from scratch has only caused confusion. And I know bc I’ve been to 4 classes now, and there are only more questions. Next time please please have a better plan before pushing something new on parents, who are already busy, confused, and sleep deprived. We love kid strong, but mom does not love this new app.

Pleeeeeease KidStong fix this app. Kidstrong parent was so great and now I can’t do anything on this one. Says we’re not attending classes? We’re new members (we’ve been members for 3+ years) I can’t see my child’s rank and how many classes till the next one. Pictures are gone and more! I really hope it’s just some bugs that need to be ironed out. I was giving it a few weeks from when I first downloaded it in hopes it would be fixed but it’s been over a month now & nothings been “updated.” I’m honestly convinced any “good” review this new app has was just asked for because this new one is NOT “user friendly” and “easy to use” 🤣
