semi passive income but a bit clingy

You have to claim your payment for them selling your data. This means you get to choose which data gets sold each week but it's not automatic so good and/or bad depending on your own personal view. The most annoying thing is that every week you must update the app just to get in and select which places can buy your data. and the next day they will send a pop up asking you "where did you go?", trying to get you to come back. For what!? I come back every week. The data selling is the only thing I see available. No polls and no reason to change my profile. Why do they have to be so clingy and act like they want us to visit every day? There's nothing to do until next week's data sale!

BEWARE THEY LIE REPEATEDLY

Stay away from this app, not only do they waste your time, They constantly lie time after time after time. Example they tell you you can do a six minute survey they’ll pay you an X amount of money, but that six minutes can turn into 30 they ask you pre-qualifying questions which gives them a lot of information then they say that you can take the survey and your six minutes go by and your 12 minutes go by and sometimes even your 30 minutes go by you filled out all this information. When you’re done and you click finish you get a nice little message saying we’re sorry but we’ve already reached our quota for the day and you get zip a big fat $.0, one day and I spent over three hours doing one survey after another and did I get anything no. This happened over and over again and when you write the company and tell them that you’ve done the entire surveys several times and got nothing they don’t care. you don’t get any response from this company at all they completely ignore you because they don’t want to answer you you’re calling them on their fraud and they just ignore you. So save yourself a lot of time, save yourself a major headache and save yourself from a fraudulent company that lies and comits fraud. And if you do happen to get some money which you will once in a great while it’s virtually pretty much nothing because they have to pay you for at least one in order to stay active so that you can’t sue them.

Hi there, We apologize you had a bad experience with Killi. We understand there were issues with third part surveys, which was unfortunately out of our control. For that reason exactly we removed them from Killi so we can better control our consumer experience. If you are still interested we would encourage to check out all the new changes to the app. We are not a fraudulent company, we are real people, working on a real product and hope to do our best to continue to build something others can benefit from.

Communication is still important

I have been using this app since before they change the name. I had always received payments really fast, usually in a day or so. My most recent one has taken over a week. Much to my surprise when I opened the support chat, the bot informed me that redemptions were taking longer than usual. The disappointing part is that this was in no way mentioned previously. Not when I went to redeem my points, not in the confirmation email, not in any kind of follow up email. If you know there’s a problem or a delay, just let people know. That’s it. No secret sauce needed.I realize most everything takes a little bit longer these days and I’m fine with waiting when I know I’m going to have to wait. Ignoring it and just hoping people will wait patiently is never the way to handle that. Otherwise, yeah sure your point redemption is slow but it at least is steady and it requires literally zero input from me. It’s convenient, it’s easy, and previously it had gone quickly.
