Pinecone Mobile App 4+

Surveys are still bug riddled, and the Pinecone app doesn’t refresh when completing a survey. Still needs a LOT of work to be a professional app. Also, would it kill you to make it iPadOS compatible so it doesn’t look like a tiny phone app on a giant screen??? Come on, these are basic programming skills that this app lacks.

Got an email saying Pinecone Research wanted me to use their app. Wow! So riddled with bugs and so frustrating to use. Click on a link to take you to a survey and the link just spins and spins and doesn’t take you any where. If you click on the link more than once it comes up stating you are not qualified for this survey. Then it keeps saying you have a survey available and every time you try it states you’re not eligible.

Also their payment methods have become really crappy. You used to be able just get a check or the amount deposited into your PayPal account. Now they want you to get their MasterCard gift card which I have never found a place that accepts those unless you have a great amount of money on them. They never seem to work right either. Or you can have it transferred into your bank account. Why does everyone want access to my bank account?? I’m really tired of that and really don’t want yet another company having access to my bank account. Or better yet save your survey money and buy one of their gift items that you could buy way cheaper somewhere else. Yep. Sorry I think I’m done. This has become not worth it to me.

I see a lot of bad reviews but, I’ve been doing these surveys for a couple years now. You get $3 per survey and sometimes you will get samples to test and then a survey for the product. I like that I can make extra money when I need it however, my only issue is that lately, a lot of the surveys will not load. And after so many tries loading the survey, the app will say that I don’t qualify for that particular survey and then it disappears. It was working good for a while but it could really use an update on the loading issues.
