• Open a job with the 6-digit code from the team or your van desk
• See the pickup time, places, passengers, bags and the customer's notes
• Tap each step (on the way, at pickup, picked up, dropped off) with a photo
• Share the van's position so the customer sees you coming, also with the screen off or Google Maps on top; it stops by itself when the job ends
• Chat and call the customer in the app, with an in-van interpreter
• Navigate to the pickup with Google Maps or Waze
