Temporary solution

I was experiencing the same issues as everyone else. Passes wouldn’t load and when attempting to link them, error messages would display. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and after doing so, passes would load right up. Haven’t had an issue since then. But just Incase, I added all my passes to my wallet since this all is unpredictable at times.

Terrible App

Just updated the app in hopes the fixes would improve the experience, but that is not the case. Passes still don’t load, or if they do, it takes a very long time to sync which is very inconvenient when getting into the park and when trying to take advantage of the discounts in the park (just standing there waiting around for it to hopefully show to scan). Previous seasonal maps like Knotts Merry Farm and Boysenberry Festival maps were great but now you cannot find out where anything is! Used to be able to clearly see on the map what the food/drink items were sold where, but now there is NO WAY to find that info via the app. When you press “view guide” the button doesn’t even work.

Purchases through the app 👎🏼

Purchases through the app are sketchy; They result in some type of incomplete transaction & also stating, multiple attempts to purchase again my results in being charged multiple times. My transaction appeared about an hour later as complete. It’s not a convenient in app purchase as it should be. I don’t even think it’s linked up to my pass that pops up in the app because when I attempt to purchase anything I still have to manually put on my 20 digit pass number… copy and paste doesn’t work either.
