Great frame, app is annoying

I have given 2 Kodak frames to family members that are both the wifi frame and both of them require a different app..? makes no sense. one uses this app and the other the kodak photo frame app.

i like the other app better. this app is annoying because you can only choose photos from your “recents” and not from a specific album. just needs improvement and everything needs to be on one app if it’s the same kind of device.

Not uploading

I received my frame as a Christmas gift and haven’t had any issues with it, until now. I’ve tried uploading photos numerous times and once it hits 9 pictures, the app closes out and none of the photos are on it.

Crashes—every time

It only allows you to upload 10 photos at a time, which I find a little crazy. For the first 200 or so pictures, it was uploading fine. Now after every 10 photos, the app crashes. I’ve tried restarting everything but nothing is helping. Spent 3 hours on Christmas trying to upload my photos, but only about halfway done because of this. Please fix this issue!
