Sad Change
I write this review after finding out there will be no more boxes after february. I loved both the app and the actual things I got out of it. The boxes were amazing and me and my dog will be missing them. Customer service A+, quality of toys and treats A+, vet help A+. Never tried their lifestyle coach thing. So yes, I give 4 stars as they will no longer be doing the monthly box. Will not to subscribing to the new version ☹️.
Great products and valuable services
Okay so the toys that come in the box are amazing. My dogs get so excited every time their box is delivered. They literally do circles in the kitchen until I open it. Not only do you get the toys but you also have access to chatting with a veterinarian. This was an added feature that I found super helpful when my baby girl started coughing late at night. I highly recommend this app!
My dog LOVES KONG club
We love our monthly subscription box full of KONG goodies! Also the access to vets and a care team whenever we have something we want to work on is amazing. It saves us time and is helping us improve her life in her old age - some of the best money I’ve spent.
