AskVet: Online Pet Care 17+

I have a four-month-old English Staffordshire and for a new pet owner, AskVet has been a lifesaver. I want to make sure he gets the best treatment, but I don’t have time to take him to the vet for every little sneeze. With AskVet, not only can I get medical advice, I can ask even simple questions, like how to brush his teeth or how to keep him from biting.

I have a friend who is a vet, but I couldn’t imagine calling her for every question I had about this little monster. I love him and this is the best way for me to get professional advice at a fraction of a vet visit.

The vets that I’ve had have been extremely helpful and kind. They love their jobs and it shines through. The rainy day fund is a nice touch, too.

I’m an experienced pet owner, but I have found this app to still be such a huge blessing. My dog became sick and I was unsure if I needed to take him in or wait till morning, and within minutes I was connected to a vet who went through the symptoms with me and what to check for, and then advised me to take him in asap. I don’t have an emergency vet hospital near me, so they found a vet with after hours emergency care for me to contact. While he still passed away that night, it gave us a chance to say our goodbyes that we wouldn’t of otherwise had. And they followed up on him the next day and sent us a gift to remember him by. Worth the money for sure!

I’ve been an AskVet member for a few months and I’m incredibly satisfied with their services. I love knowing I can always talk to a professional about any and all of my pet care questions/concerns. It’s great that each of my three dogs can have a personalized account at no extra charge. The Rainy Day Fund gives me peace of mind, too. My favorite part about AskVet is the people - everyone I’ve worked with has been so kind and helpful. I feel like they truly care about me and my pets. If this is the level of service and customer care shortly after launching, I can’t wait to see what’s in store!
