Offline meetups where Koreans and internationals actually meet. Language exchange, food, culture — balanced-ratio meetups and interest groups.
Koru is a meetup platform where Koreans and internationals actually meet in real life.
■ Who it's for
- Koreans who want to make international friends
- Internationals living in Korea who want Korean friends
- Anyone looking for language exchange, food and cultural experiences together
■ Features
- Explore: browse meetups by date, place and topic, and book your seat.
- Ratio-guaranteed meetups: they open only when the Korean-to-international mix is balanced, so there are no one-sided rooms.
- Groups: join interest groups and host regular meetups under the group name.
- Hosting: anyone can host. Approve requests, manage the attendee list and check guests in on site with a QR code.
- Mobile ID card: your name, nationality and interests on one card, so everyone recognizes each other on site.
- Notifications: booking confirmed, meetup confirmed or cancelled, and group news by push.
- Korean and English interface.
