Aplikacija "KUDA" proizilazi iz projekta "IT u funkciji održivog razvoja i boljeg položaja mladih u Vranju", podržanog finansijski od strane Ministarstva turizma i omladine. Ova inovativna platforma, kreirana s predanošću i entuzijazmom, ima za cilj efikasno rešavanje problema nedovoljne informisanosti mladih o kulturnim i sportskim dešavanjima u Gradu Vranju. Projekat je sproveden od strane Grada Vranja i Kancelarije za mlade, a aplikaciju su razvili predani polaznici/ca napredne grupe projekta. "KUDA" postavlja mlade u centar dešavanja, olakšavajući im pristup raznolikim aktivnostima i doprinoseći njihovom angažmanu u lokalnoj zajednici.
