Very helpful!! No emergency visit needed LOL
I was freaking out cause my dog was hacking and nothing was coming out and so I did the obvious google searching and it said that my dog needed to go to the ER and all kinds of stuff. Man I was freaking OUT, I didn’t know what to do, and I didn’t want to rush my little guy to the vet ER and it be nothing crazy! So thankfully I was able to chat with Dr. Martin on here, video chat with him and get to the bottom of the situation with some informative, helpful and useful feedback. Very very pleased and loved the app with the quality of service as well as the quick and easy consultation! You saved me a pricey trip to the ER forsure. So THANK YOUUUUUU 😭
Great peace of mind
Got home late from work and my sweet cat didn’t seem well! Nothing to alarming, but she was not as cheerful and stayed down. It was 8 pm and I really didn’t feel like going to wait in line at an emergency clinic for something that could be a false alarm. I open the Kwikvet app and requested service. Within 30 minutes a wonderful doctor and an assistant rang the bell at home. They conducted a very thorough review, provided a lot of great advise and my cat is herself again. They even checked through the app on how my cat was doing the next day. Kwikvet is a million times better than going to the clinic. I’ll be calling a Kwikvet next time, even for regular check ups and vaccines!

I LOVE THIS APP! Its a peace of mind to be able to ask questions and receive an answer same day to ease first time dog owning concerns! I recommend this to ALL pet owners ! Such a help for ANY question and its free! It says within 24 hours for it to be answered but typically within half an hour you have an answer from a legit vet! Without the expense y ou u can add photos too to help with anything thats easier seen instead of explained.
