Doesn’t let you order ahead

Any time I try to order ahead the totals on the coffee are zero and when I hit place order it says I haven’t selected the right options on my drinks even though I completed every selection and then it clears my cart and gives me an error message. Very frustrating, and tbh if It doesn’t let me order online and there’s no drive thru, I won’t be going. Losing money by not fixing this.

Order ahead not working

App used to work well, however the order ahead feature has stopped working. Gives an error during payment processing. Tried multiple cards and got the same result.

Terrible App

I have gone through the ordering process so many times (on separate occasions) only to get to the end and be told there’s an error. The error is almost always that I haven’t selected certain things for my drink, even though I absolutely have made those selections. Then it deletes the entire order. I have never seen such a bad ordering app.
