Original ChopShop 4+

Love chop shop love the food, the only problem I have is when I try to customize something it never comes out right, whether I order through the website, 3rd party app or, as I just discovered, their own app. For example, when I try to change the dressing for a salad and want to add extra of that dressing, I end up with one of the dressing I changed too and one of the original dressing the salad came with. It’s a small thing but it’s beyond frustrating. I’ll probably just stick to calling in for pick up. Still great food though.

Ordered again from my new favorite place and all went smooth.

Hey heads up. Pass reset creates a wall with an error that prevents login. Has two users trying to log in and order. One could be ever get through pass reset “Error”. The other still had difficulty logging in. Maybe some user testing? Hope so cause we love the food at this place though we spent well over 30 min persisting on trying everything possible to work around log in issues.

This is my favorite place to order from when I’m busy and need delivery. The food is amazing. However, my order only comes complete half the time. The last two orders were missing half my delivery. They are good about refunding the missing items. However, I just paid delivery fees, tip, and service fees for a full meal and only received a salad. When I ask for the rest of my order I have been told to place another order, meaning I can pay delivery fees twice to get my meal. I have tried two different locations and both have had issues with delivery. If you want people to use your app to order, the delivery should come complete for all the added fees we are paying.
