We are so grateful for this app because as a member and season ticket holder, the app makes it so easy to see your tickets, game times, how the team is doing. The minute to minute activities and decision made by the team are shared through the app with everyone. Great design, not great experience

Overall, the design of the app is good, but I think it may be trying to load everything at once. Too often it opens to just a blank white page and it appears to be locked up. I have to force quit and try again. Maybe it just needs longer to load and once it builds up a cache it will work better but that’s not ideal. Still, the layout and content is pretty strong. The design is good too. The lag just impact the user experience. Please address these and make an iPad version as well.

First, the positives: visually, the app looks great. Gold on black always does. The ticket and parking features also hold up. BUT: from an LAFC app, I most of all expect a news section filled to the brim with news from the team, features on players/fans, information on LAFC watching parties etc. The videos are nice, but should only complement a more traditional news section (loon at basically any app of the European clubs to see how it’s done!). Also, how about a fan radio!? With some news from the club and live coverage of the games (although I guess that may cause legal problems?).

I used to have some many issues signing into the app, getting information. When the switch was made to Ticketmaster as the account manager nothing worked and it would constantly crash. Now it’s much better and more reliable, everything I need to rep my MLS team within a click or a swipe. I hope this continue 🤞🏾
