LAH - Lagreeing At Home 4+

LAH is hands down the best platform for working out at home with the Lagree method! I use my microformer 3-5 days a week along with other cross training such as HIIT and weight training, and there is no other workout like it! The LAH instructors are experienced, give great cues, and provide amazing hints to correct your form or modify if necessary so all levels can complete the class.

You will sweat, you will shake, you will come back for more, and you will be toned & you will stronger in mind and body because of all of that! My fav instructors are Heather, Noelle, Kelly , Angela, and Tracey! LAH is great because it is always evolving, improving, and adding new features for members! There's a class for you whether you are advanced, beginner, pregnant, postpartum, or brand new to the method!

Lagree is amazing, hands down the most effective workout! The instructors are so smart, creative and constantly posting new workouts! The community they have built is inviting and engaging! They truly care and have built the app and community in a mindful way and with the purest intentions! I used to love going to Lagree Megaformer classes but being able to use the microformer at home has deepened my practice and connection to the community in a way I did not think was possible! The level of teaching is phenomenal! They are quick to respond if you have any questions. They are constantly posting inspiring content which gets you moving and planning your weekly workouts! Bonuses like 14 day and 21 day challenges, and breaking down moves so you keep great form! I love the kids classes and look forward to my kids practicing! Thank you!

I religiously went to my Lagree studio for four years before moving too far from one. Enter LAH - I got a microformer and was able to take the same shakes into my house!! The bonus is that with all of the on demand classes, I can do it whenever I can. The live classes are just like being in the studio with the form correction and motivation. I also was able to take the prenatal classes when pregnant and keep moving! When I needed some accountability after the baby, I did a tailored program with Heather and Lexi to keep me checking in and safe postpartum. There is such a sense of community with the LAH users that it really feels like one big home studio! I am so grateful for the community Heather and Lexi have brought together!
