I really love this up so much! It doesn’t overwhelm me with the fancy coloring options other coloring apps have and the pictures are simple but yet amazing! (You need to get it if you haven’t). My only problem is can you offer more stuff to the people who can’t get the subscription? (Btw if you are a person who is reading this right now please get this app! Really amazing). But like how I was saying, a lot of the pictures have the subscription which right now I can’t get. If you could please make it where you can watch adds to get it? And for the subscription thing can you make it a little cheaper? (I understand if you can’t). One last suggestion. Is there a way you can add a music feature where u can listen to music while coloring? Like rain music, ocean sounds, etc. I understand for most people they don’t like listening to music while coloring but for the people who do could you please add it? Again, I understand if you can’t. Overall really great app and I would use this app everyday if I wasn’t busy. If you are a parent reading this, GET THIS APP FOR YOU OR FOR YOUR CHILD! Nothing inappropriate that I have seen and it’s really fun to use. Bye and please answer back creators if you can.-from a person who loves this app.

Refreshing Zen with Unexpected Twists!

Two and a half years ago, I actually had Lake Premium, but I was forced to discontinuing the subscription as financially things became a little rougher for me. But I’ve started to return back to it and I was beyond surprised that my coloring pages from my previous time using Lake (despite getting a new iPad entirely) actually were still supported and I was greeted with them still present in the coloring books! I never had disabled iCloud or went in and deleted Lake’s data, but it’s a very nice touch! Seeing the app interface adapted for newer features with Apple Pencil Pro’s Squeeze function is neat to, especially with the complete (lacking nothing) tool menu! The only thing that’s a missed opportunity that resulted in a loss of 4 stars is two different culprits: 1) the seemingly random issue that artwork stored in iCloud and not originally on the device make coloring pages show as a white circle with a dancing line in them, but the only way to resolve it is to close the coloring book’s menu and reopen it. 2) The lack of Apple Pencil Hover to see if the color would be a good fit for a region seems to be a missed opportunity—or at least, the initial configuration lacks such settings enabled. Which yes, the use of Hover is limited to M2 or later equipped iPads (A17 Pro too), it’s starting to obtain wider reach with all but one latest iPad model supporting it.

I am not joking when I say how good Lake is! Sure it has a one tiny glitch but I love it! So you might be wondering what is this glitch? Well, let me tell you, so in this app you get a digital coloring journal. With that journal you choose how your feeling by an emoji and then you choose the word representing on how your feeling, it creates a special color palette. This is great! If only I could use it to color the picture I choose! For me when I try to use the color and I start coloring it switches back to the last color I was using in another coloring page. Nothing I do will fix it. But it doesn’t bug me to much since I don’t like to use the journal as much but if other people have this glitch it could really annoy them. But overall this is amazing I love how you can blend colors and how there is so many colors to choose from! If I could get the Premium version I would, but I can’t at the time! Thank you for this amazing app and keep it up! Have a good day or night! Also whoever is reading this if you like to color get this APP! P.S. I would write so much more but I don’t want to waste peoples time.

Hey friends, This update not only brings bug fixes and improvements but also something new! For those of you with an Apple Pencil Pro and a compatible iPad, you can now see your tool’s size and texture as you hover over the drawing — a small touch that makes coloring feel extra smooth. You can turn this preview on or off in the coloring settings, but honestly… it’s too cool to keep off ;) Give it a try and see how it feels! Got feedback?
