App suggestion

Lashify itself - a 10/10!! However, the app could use a little work.
As a buyer, when looking at each size/letter lash to buy, it would help to have a picture of the lashes on an eye as well so we can visualize what the lashes look like. They only show the lashes in the holder alone, which doesn’t really prove how they actually look like on someone.
Maybe on the lash map tab they could even add pictures here of each and every lash style being worn by itself.
Since I'm brand new to Lashify, it seems like I’m randomly guessing at which lash style I might like. However, the product itself is amazing and I’m never going back to mascara or extensions!! :)

The product is great but worst app ever!!

This is absolutely the worst shopping app I have ever used! No access to saved shipping information (you literally have to put your address in every time!) No access to previous shopping history of purchased products - no ability to re-order! In fact, it is basically an empty dummy catalog that leads you to a website to order!!!! Therefore, none of your data is actually propagated into the app! The entire purpose of an app is to be able to shop and order! Nothing can actually be completed within the app. These are simply basic shopping tools that are missing! Why even have an app if it is useless!!!! Why not just make users go to a website directly via their phones rather than have users go through 20 minutes of adding data to a dummy app that won’t save or propagate data anyway? I’m just absolutely shocked that this app is actually in the App Store! Whoever is in charge of their tech department is incompetent!!! What a shame, this will kill their business and they have such a great product.

Awesome awesome awesome!!!

Lashify is empowering and life changing literally! I am a lash extension alumni. I have worn them without break since 2017 and just made the switch to Lashify this past May and I am full steam ahead. No more spending $200+ a month and hours and hours for fills. I do them at home and can change up my look as much as I want! I am in charge and then add this app to the mix and I am even more empowered because at my finger I have access to ordering and to tweaking my orders and to direct conversations with Lashify specialists and videos and tutorials! Don’t miss out! I would give this ten stars if I could!
