Launch is an app for air-medical transport. Emergency medical services (EMS), fire, and hospital dispatch teams can request a medevac. These teams can also follow the mission from the request to the landing. Air-medical transport companies use Launch. The agencies that these companies help also use Launch. Features: - Send a medevac request in a few steps. - Support for scene or interfacility. Select rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground. - Put the location on the map. Look for landing zones, hospitals, and addresses. - Send stakeholder data, scene data, and contact data in one request. - See the aircraft status in real time. The status changes when the crew accepts the call and during the flight. - Send messages to the transport team and to your team from the incident. - Get push alerts for new requests and for status changes. Each alert type has a different tone. - Look at recent incidents. Open the details again at any time. - Sign in with your email and password. - Each role has its own access: Dispatchers, EMS, Communications Specialists, and Administrators.
