Your schedule, your customers and your deals go with you, so you can run every appointment from the field. A Lead Vector account is required. Your company's administrator creates it for you; there is no sign-up in the app. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE • Home shows today's appointments, what's coming up, appointments waiting for you to accept, and visits that still need a result. • New assignments and schedule changes appear live, and push notifications tell you about new assignments, changes and reminders. • The calendar shows your appointments by week or month. RUN EVERY APPOINTMENT • Accept or decline the appointments assigned to you. • Open the customer's details and call, text or email them in one tap. • Tap an address to get directions in your maps app. • Report the result when you're done, with the disposition and outcome details your company asks for. DEALS, PRODUCTS AND ESTIMATES • See your deals and where each one stands. • Track the products a customer is interested in, was quoted for, or bought. • Build and update estimates from your company's products. • Add notes to a deal. PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND FILES • Take photos or record video on site and attach them to an appointment or deal. • Attach documents and other files from your phone, and preview them in the app. • Save photos and videos to your gallery. AVAILABILITY • Mark when you're available for each appointment type, day by day. • Copy a day's availability or clear a week in one step. EMAIL • Connect your Gmail or Outlook mailbox to read and send email, linked to the customers and deals it belongs to. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Works on phones and tablets. • Shows when you're offline, so you know when a change can't be saved yet. • Sign in with your email and password, or with Google if your company uses it. • Switch between companies if you work for more than one.
