LeadOne is a sales CRM for real estate builders in India and the people who sell for them: owners, sales heads and sales representatives.
LEADS
- Add a lead by typing, by speaking, or from a photo of a visiting card or a chat screenshot.
- Import leads from a CSV or Excel sheet.
- Leads from your Facebook or Instagram lead forms arrive automatically once your Facebook Page is linked (owners and managers request it from the app).
- Move each lead through clear stages: New Lead, Contacted, Visit Scheduled, Site Visit Done, Token Booked, Sold or Lost.
- Call, WhatsApp or SMS a lead in one tap. After a call, LeadOne asks how it went so nothing is forgotten.
- Notes, follow-ups and a full history on every lead.
SITE VISITS AND REMINDERS
- Schedule site visits and get reminders 1 hour and 15 minutes before.
- A morning briefing of today's follow-ups and visits.
PROJECTS AND UNITS
- Set up your projects, towers and units, and see what is available at a glance.
- Build a cost sheet with the unit's price and charges and share it as a PDF quote.

No ads. We do not sell your data. Only the owner can export all leads. You can delete your account in the app from Settings.
