MAP ANY PROCESS IN MINUTES
A three-step form (Definition, Shift, Demand) takes staff, shifts, work and break times, production and demand, with Now and Target side by side and a live takt time. Add each step in sequence and classify it as Value-Added, Incidental or Waste.
CHARACTERIZE AND MEASURE
Mark each step as Stable, Bottleneck, Defect, Overburden (Muri), Unevenness (Mura), Process Optimization or Standardization Issue, grouped by priority: Critical, High, Medium or No issue. Enter current and target Time, Distance and Inventory, and pick a Potential Solution from the built-in library of 28 Lean tools.
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, GENERATED FOR YOU
Every kept, non-stable step becomes an improvement project, carrying the Potential Solution you picked: Bottleneck Analysis, Poka-Yoke, Standard Work, Heijunka and more. Track status, progress and notes. Root-cause analyses are listed on the project and step cards. A process is complete when every project reaches 100%.
HEADCOUNT SAVINGS
Lean calculates the Optimum HC Index (the staff the process needs today), the staff needed after improvement and the headcount freed once every project reaches 100%: your ROI case. Enter an average yearly cost per person to see it as money per year.

Sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft. Data is kept separate per user, on Google Cloud (Firebase) in the EU (europe-west1), with App Check on every request from the app. Export your data or delete your account inside the app at any time; consent and subscription records are kept as legal proof; a one-way coded trace of your sign-in keeps only the trial start date. GDPR and KVKK compliant.
Executive is an auto-renewing subscription with unlimited processes of up to 200 steps each. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. The 30-day trial is provided by the app and does not require a purchase.
