I’ve tried streaming workouts before, and they were either boring, not challenging or had the worst music. I’d been going to barre classes for 2 years before giving LEKFIT a try. I wanted a new approach to defining muscle and was in desperate need of cardio that I might enjoy doing. LEKFIT gave me everything I was looking for and more. Lauren brings so much energy to her workouts and takes great care to curate each class to focus on different muscle groups. Her music choices give you the drive to keep going. And because she’s streaming a real class she’s teaching, it feels like you’re right there with the group, and not alone in your living room, which was my biggest concern about replacing an in-class experience with a streaming workout. And I enjoy seeing Hannah pop up regularly to provide adjustments.Thank you for this program! But if I lived in L.A. instead of D.C., I’d definitely come to class.

I’ve been doing LEKFIT now for over 2 years and there are so many things that I love about it! As a momma of 3 kiddos, I love that it is always generally around 50 minutes which is the perfect amount of time to get a killer workout that is not too long. It is a highly effective workout with a super positive vibe and the music is fantastic. There are so many options to pick from that will suit your daily mood or what your body is needing or seeking and you just can’t beat cardio on a trampoline as it is so much fun! It feels very strategically thought out each week too and the combination of the bands, weights and movements give strength, definition and long lean lines. The energy of all the instructors is contagious and LEKFIT has gotten me in the best shape of my life and now just having a baby, I know it will help me get right back where I want to be again. I can’t say enough about it really!!

I started LEKFIT pre quar. I invested in a bellicon tramp and was looking for something that would keep me interested in a home work out. At first I could barely make it through a 30 min basic on the tramp. But after a few months I was able to do a work out and then I slowly started added ankle weights. Almost my year anniversary and I can easily say that LEKFIT has been my guiding light through quar. I do it six days a week and I actually look forward to it. Days when I don’t feel like and I make myself show up, I’m always so much happier after. It’s fun, challenging and I love the mix of boosts. I only do boosts and having a variety of throwbacks, encores and multiple weeks makes it fresh, fun and challenging. Thank you LEKFIT for the mind body detox. I feel stronger and mentally in check during a really crazy time.

If people had 100 words to describe me, fitness and working out would not be one of them. But since I signed up I have worked out 6 days a week and I am on week 4. I actually look forward to it!! I am obsessed with Boost, it is the most fun and challenging workout ever. My knees usually bother me with other cardio workouts but doing it on the rebounder makes it totally pain free and really gets my heart rate up! Plus it is soooo fun, even on days where I am not feeling in, 10 min in and I am smiling, it really is that fun plus I am already noticing my body changing. Lauren you have a contagious energy and I have never looked forwarding to workouts before but I really look forward to Boost with you and Tiege.
