I have really appreciated the personable approach of the owner being in the store! Some things are just unmatched! The staff is kind and attentive! Customer service and customer care is premium! Ordering works just fine, no complaints there. But the entire purpose of the app, the rewards points, is completely non-functional. Trying to apply rewards points at any point during the process (before creating an order, with items in cart, during checkout) throws a "Something went wrong!" message and doesn't apply the points. I reached out to Lenny's about this months ago, and they confirmed it's a known issue but haven't done anything to fix it. This issue ALSO happens when ordering through the Lenny's website. Seems like the whole rewards system is boned. What's the point of making their cashiers push the app if they can't even make it work right?

Order a meal on the 26th through mobile app and was charged twice. I didn’t notice till I looked at account that day. I tried going back to same lennys to get refund for extra charge and manager declined saying there’s nothing he can do. So I email lennys and they respond y saying this is a known problem and charged will be dropped overnight and asking me to send receipt and proof I was charged twice. I sent all info to Lennys and have yet to hear an response. And charged didn’t come off that night either. I love lennys but I hate giving money away. I’ve tried contacting again to get the status of situation but have yet to get a response after their initial response. If I don’t receive my refund, I won’t be ordering anything from them any more.

Hello. I love Lenny’s. Your app is not great, but that is okay because it is functional and offers deals. However, I am a student in college, an individual consumer. Why would I or most anyone who uses your app need to cater? Why do you send me notifications asking me if I need to cater? Perhaps have a way to mark people as potential caterers in the app if this is so important, but it is highly annoying to be using my phone and then have a notification pop up reminding me that I can cater with Lenny’s. I am going to uninstall the app and just not get points for rewards, which will lead me to shop at Lenny’s less.
