Liberty Bank CT 4+

Liberty bank gives me the most secure,and modernized, banking that my company needs to stay on top of everyday, and actually every minute, transactions. So I’m able to keep my business more secure from scams. With the old method of just getting a monthly statement I wouldn’t have known till next month that I was scammed. But with the online banking it gives me piece of mind at the end of everyday that I can personally check and see my accounts for myself.
But the real reason that I love banking with liberty bank is your staff. Over the years they have been with me through highs and lows and have ALWAYS lent a sympathetic ear and have gone above and beyond with customer service. They set the bar for other banks.
I’m not only happy but I am proud to be banking with Liberty Bank.

Nice new look to the app, FaceID support is way better than the previous. Couple of things: There is a design issue in the “show details” on an account where it shows the account number in one tile with the hide/show icon, while also having the account number on full display with no asterisks on another tile a couple down… so there’s no point in A) having it twice B) hiding it, if it’s shown with no hide option a couple tiles down. Also, please make it so you can see both your current and available balance on the main screen, I really don’t like having to click on show details to see it… This app really closely follows the TD bank app and they have a “pending” AND “available” box on the normal account screen, Im not sure if you found that having 2 numbers was confusing for customers but at least give the option to turn it on so that it’s on the main screen instead of having to go into details, and a pending funds box would be nice.

For what I do the app is fine .though I liked the old apps design layout and color scheme better ..the new features, Face ID and snap shot are nice additions. Can’t tell what my “star rating “ above is as the stars dont seem to change colors when tapping them. I meant to hit 3 stars ,which would be more if not for the latest update . The app now only works in portrait view. Not a huge problem but annoying to me as I never use portrait unless I have to because of the app. Emailed tech support and got a response fairly quick that they're working to correct it. It’s Coming up on a week (that’s 7 days )since I got that response ,which makes me worry maybe there’s more issues in the background that I don’t know about. I’m not tech savvy at all but would’ve thought fixing just a viewing issue would’ve been an easy fix …? Maybe I’m way off , sort of hope I am .that way I dont have to worry about the tens of dollars in my account getting “hacked”away from me 😬
