The Liberty Tax mobile app enables the customer to have all Liberty Tax resources at their fingertips anytime, anywhere. Some of these features include:
• Schedule an appointment with your local Liberty Tax office and check-in to that appointment when the time arrives.
• Begin a return using our Virtual Tax Pro to engage your local Liberty Tax Service tax expert.
• Upload tax documents and relevant information to the customer portal.
• Use our tax resources and tools such as the Tax Estimator.
• Access your current and previous year tax return quickly.
• Keep track of your return status, return amount, or amount due, and use the Liberty Wallet to see your return balance.

Kathy Pineault so let me start by telling you how easy it was to make an appointment and it was very nice walking in customer service was great and top-notch on everything when I walked in the building Kathy made it so easy for me to be comfortable and took care of me she is top-notch if anybody who needs their taxes done and wants to feel comfortable go see Kathy at the morgantown branch!
Liberty tax review
The experience I had today getting my taxes done at the office in Roy was an exceptional. The experience with the office manager, Vivian, help to make my day. I was able to have a return on my taxes because of her professional and knowledge of taxes. I went away with a smile on my face. Can’t wait to return next year.
File uploads fail 90% of the time
You can only upload 1 file at a time, the upload will usually fail with no error. The whole point of this app is so I can upload documents to you guys to work on, but if I have to do it at the computer, it’s not useful on my phone now is it?
Appointments are useless, never get a call or information back from the office. I have to physically show up each time and make an appointment to get any progress it seems.
