Description

Now compatible with FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors.

LibreWatch is an application for reading blood glucose levels from Abbott's FreeStyle Libre 2 and Libre 3 sensors on the Apple Watch.

It displays the data transmitted via LibreLinkUp directly on the watch face.
This application was developed privately and has no affiliation with Abbott. Do not use the information from the application for your medical treatment. Always refer to your LibreLink or Libre 3 application if in doubt, or perform a capillary blood glucose test.

What’s New

Version 2.5.1

Added Apple Health integration. Your blood sugars can now be added directly to Apple Health.
You can set the subtext size from the settings.
Added app availability in Canada and the United States.
New complications are available, but still may not be up to date at this time. I'm working on finding a solution for a future update.

Having problems getting this set up

I think that I have done everything I could to get this app to work on my Apple Watch and I still can’t get it to work. Can I please have some help and direction?

I translated my website so you can follow directions on it to make it all work. If you have trouble, you can write me an email so I can help you.

Finally! Libre 3 on AppleWatch.

This third party App is the answer to us Apple Watch owners. Denis Labaste has put together a nice little app for us diabetics using the Libre 3 app on iOS. I’m using the Libre 3 and LibreLinkUp on my iPhone. My lack of knowledge on the Apple Watch caused me issues. So for anyone else that needs a quick start. This is what I did: Download the LibreWatch app Download the LibrLinkUp app Create an account on LibreLinkUp or log in if you already have an account. Go to your Apple Watch Open the AppStore on your watch Scroll all the way to the bottom of AppStore Click on Account Click on purchased Click on my purchases Click the blue download button on LibreWatch You should be all set. If you want your blood sugar as a complication on your watch face. Go to Watch App on iPhone and go to your watch face. Pick the LibreWatch app as one of your complications. Enjoy the app!

Thank you for your comment :)
I hope you will enjoy the app, I’m working hard on making it better.
If you have some issues, I wrote a Q&A on my website (though it is only in French now, I’ll translate it soon.)

Abbott should be paying you for your work

I love this app linking my Libre 3 to my phone. It works best when I tap the complication on the watch face to bring up the watch app itself. The complication doesn’t update often, but the app does so I leave it active on my watch screen for near real-time info. With this I now prefer the L3 to dexcom !

Abbott should have created this but thank God you did. Priceless for my workouts as all I have to do is look at my watch to keep tabs on glucose level and trend. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

Developer Response ,

Hello, Thank you so much for your feedback :)
I'm glad the app suits your needs. I'm working on making the complications better, but there are some limitations I have to work around. :D
